It’s kind of like a mindmapping tool except that instead of being limited to a tree structure, you can organize your thoughts into a graph structure. Also, by virtue of being a web-app, other people can collaborate and brainstorm with you.

They make web apps that work better than many desktop apps. That would’ve been unthinkable a couple years ago, but they’ve got a great sense of how to make simple interfaces that are very usable.

don’t forget the breaking out of the whole 640×480 paradigm too. going for more like an excel spreadsheet infinite scrolling feel than the traditional webpage, in a big way.
